100 CCTV Cameras to Monitor Key Stretch
The control room will play a crucial role in monitoring a key stretch of road from Tandava Junction in Payakaraopeta to S. Rayavaram. Equipped with 100 strategically placed CCTV cameras, the system provides comprehensive surveillance, helping authorities maintain a watchful eye on traffic flow and public safety. This initiative is expected to deter crime and improve response times in emergencies.
Improved Traffic Management and Emergency Response
Beyond enhanced security, the new Command and Control Room is also poised to improve traffic management. By monitoring traffic flow in real-time, authorities can identify congestion points and implement measures to alleviate traffic snarls.
