Call for Driver Recruitment to Support Electric Bus Rollout
To ensure the smooth operation of this expanded electric bus fleet, Minister Reddy has urged the Central Government to allow State Road Transport Corporations (SRTCs) to recruit drivers. This proactive approach aims to address the staffing needs created by the influx of new vehicles and ensure the seamless integration of the electric buses into the existing public transport network.
