Gachibowli Police Officer Arrested for Bribery

A shocking incident of corruption has come to light in Telangana’s Gachibowli. A Sub-Inspector (SI) at the Gachibowli women’s police station has been taken into custody by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on bribery charges.

Officer Accused of Accepting Bribe to Remove Name from Case

The accused officer, identified as K.Y. Venu Gopal, allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe from a complainant. In return, he promised to remove the name of the complainant’s mother from an ongoing case. The ACB acted swiftly upon receiving the complaint and apprehended the officer red-handed.

ACB Investigation Underway

The ACB is currently conducting a thorough investigation into the matter. Further details regarding the case and the specific charges against the officer are expected to be released soon.
